Meet Minnesota WILD’s Nordy!

nordythebearMake sure to stop by the Hoffman Weber Construction booth to grab a selfie with Minnesota Wild mascot Nordy!

A WILD animal born in the north woods of the Iron Range, Nordy was found skating the frozen lakes and ponds near Eveleth, MN. While no one truly knew what sort of Wild animal he is, it was clear that Nordy encompassed the true spirit of the Wild. So in 2008, Nordy proudly accepted the offer to become the mascot for the Minnesota Wild. He stays true to his “up north-y” roots but has moved into his own lair at Xcel Energy Center so he can be closer to his favorite hockey team. hw

Hoffman Weber maintains a vision to provide home and property owner’s with an unparalleled, positive remodeling experience. They take pride in our continued success, sterling reputation, world-class partnerships, and our ability to bring families, communities, and businesses under one roof.

Have you heard about the Tiny House Movement?

People across the country are are choosing to downsize the space they live in and instead opt for what is modellogoonbottom2being dubbed “Tiny Houses.” Take your average American home, which is around 2,600 square feet, and contrast this with  your average Tiny Home, which is usually between 100 and 400 square feet!

Tiny houses can be found in many different shapes and sizes but all share the same goals: offering a simpler lifestyle and more efficient space.

Do you think you have what it takes to join the Tiny House Movement?

The reasons for joining this new movement are varied, but the most popular reasons include environmental concerns, financial concerns, and the desire for more time and freedom!

Join us at the Blaine Home Improvement and Design Expo to see a real life Tiny home and take a tour of one of these unique homes. A Big THANKS to Darcy and her family at Midwest Tiny Living for sharing this experience with us at the show!

The Home Improvement and Design Expo in Blaine is the premier home show to find local and national exhibitors who are there to provide ideas, insight, and resources to help YOU with all of your home improvement needs – whether roof, kitchen, bathroom, windows, lawn, landscape – it’s everything. all under one roof!
