Paul Cherba has been on the Minneapolis Jazz scene since 1999, singin' love songs and playing trumpet and flugelhorn. Cherba features his original compositions.

Paul Cherba has been playing the trumpet since fifth grade and singing all his life. He remembers playing Herbie Hancock's Watermelon Man in sixth grade stage band. His first teacher was Mpls. local trumpet guru Greg Lewis. He was the first true "Cat" to influence Paul. He knew early on that he'd be playing the trumpet for the rest of his life. Shortly after Greg introduced Paul to Miles Davis, he spent all of his money filling out his Miles Davis Collection. He made his way through High School in Mound, MN, playing, singing and dancing in the show choir, bands and jazz bands.

> Lonnie Knight

WEB: http://www.lonnieknight.com/

Lonnie Knight got his start as a folkie, learning from the likes of Townes Van Zandt. Then he played in some of the Midwest’s seminal rock bands, including Jokers Wild, the Nielsen-White Band and the Hoopsnakes.

Knight has long been known as a stellar guitar player - he’s won several Minnesota Music Awards for “best guitarist” - and his playing has been likened to Richard Thompson, Patty Larkin, Bert Jansch and Brooks Williams. But his great original songwriting also comes to the fore in his recent releases, and his songs reveals a gifted artist getting his second creative wind.

4:00PM > Pete Cappello
Pete Cappello plays a mix of original "Funky Blue Jazz Space Grooves". In addition to his musical talents, for the last 15 years, he has also had the privilege of being a "helping hand" for his puppet friends at www.thetoonies.com
