BIOS: Chris Doehrmann, owner of Twin Cities based residential
architecture firm, Chris Doehrmann Architect, Inc. and his
wife and Marketing Director, Julie, have been assisting clients
in making their dreams for “home” come true since
1991. Licensed as an architect in Minnesota in 1989, Chris’s
projects have ranged from small rear entry additions to elegant
expansive homes and are as diverse in architectural style
as their owners. With over 17 years of experience in residential
architecture,

problems with, and at the end of the seminar we will go over
the ins and outs on how to find a landscaping contactor and
what to look for.
PRESENTER: Steven Schack
BIO: Steven Schack started over 20 years ago in landscaping.
He started up his company, The Greenery Schack LLC, in 1991.
Steven is trained and certified in all aspects of hardscapes
in the landscaping industry. Every year he continues to retrain
and re-certify, to stay abreast of all the new products, procedures
and changes in the landscaping industry. Steven updated his
training and certification in 2003 at the Certified Concrete
Paver Installer Program to become skilled at how to install
paver patios flawlessly. He has also been trained and certified
by several landscaping segmental retaining wall block companies
such as Versa-Lok, Allan Block, Anchor and others. This training
is on going every year to insure The Greenery Schack’s
customers get the best company to install their segmental
retaining wall and paver driveway and patio products perfectly.
The company’s supervisors and employees go to classes
also. With this updated knowledge we can better serve your
customers both residential and commercial. Our water features
such as ponds, streams and waterfalls are specialized to each
of our customer’s wants and needs. No two are ever the

BIO: Henri has 5 years experience in the roofing industry
and has researched the green roof applications here in Mpls.He's
installed 300 of the green roof modules on Woodbury City Hall
and is currently working on the Mpls. City Hall for a possible
green roof installation. |

fire investigations, code development and enforcement as well
as teaching fire insepction and fire supression system classes
at local community colleges. She is also developing on-line
classes in these areas.
Kathi currently chairs the International Building Code Development
Committee for the Association of MN Building Officials, and
the Fire Prevention AAS Degree Program committee through a
cooperative effort of MN State Colleges and Universities. |

have extended the structure and life of a simple deck. Terry
does far more than build decks. But he has built and repaired
many decks over the years and have seen the errors that have
been made. This seminar is designed to help you make building
a deck, a timeless investment.
PRESENTER: Terry Hagstrom
BIO: Terry designed and drew his first home as a senior in
high school, many, many years ago. Over the years, he has
designed many kitchens and bars for a major hotel chain. For
over 17 years he was a project manager, designer and built
store fixtures and executive furniture for Gap, Old Navy,
Disney, and Williams-Sonoma to name a few. After working for
corporate America for 25 plus years, Terry made the jump and
started TBH Builders and Remodeler Inc. with his wife and
they haven't looked back since. You can hear him occasionally
on KSTP's "Home and Garden” program on Saturday
mornings from 7am-10am. |
